Nutella chocolate and nut spread is known to everyone. It was a favorite treat for children and adults in post-Soviet times. Life really does seem to go on a spiral, and my kids are crazy about it these days. When we go to the store, their only request is: “Mom, buy Nutella!”

But it is still not the cheapest product in the store. In addition, reading its composition, there is absolutely no desire to buy this paste for children.

Therefore, I decided to cook it only at home, so that my household would not eat store-bought chemicals, but a relatively harmless product. Moreover, the ingredients for the recipe are inexpensive, affordable for any family, and the preparation itself is very simple and does not take more than 15 minutes.

Older children can prepare their own treats. The recipe is just a dream for any housewife!

We will need

  • milk - 1 glass (200-250 ml),
  • flour - one and a half tablespoons with a slide,
  • sugar - 1 glass 250 ml,
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. l. with a slide,
  • butter - 50 g or 1 tbsp. l.,
  • nuts - approximately 5 tbsp.

Take thicker milk, at least 3.2 fat content. The thickness of the paste will depend on the amount of milk. I take 250 ml.

You can also take any quantity of nuts, and even make a mix as desired - walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, cashews. To your taste.

Use good quality and fresh butter in the recipe. I once mixed a cheap one, and the paste tasted sour.

Preparation

First we will heat the milk. We don’t need to boil it, but only heat it so that the dry ingredients dissolve faster.

Pour in warm milk.

Mix everything well so that there is no lump. You can use a spoon, you can use a blender - whichever is more convenient for you.

Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder.

You don’t have to let them turn into nut dust, since lumps of nuts are quite acceptable in homemade Nutella.

Video: Chocolate-nut butter recipe

Not only children, but also adults love chocolate and nut spreads like Nutella. But what is sold in stores often cannot be called useful. That's why we suggest you prepare delicious peanut butter with cocoa at home. The taste is certainly different from Nutella, but this does not mean that it is for the worse.

    Ingredients:
    Peanuts - 450 g
Sugar or honey - 1 tbsp.
    Salt - a pinch
    Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
    Cocoa - 2 tbsp.

    Cooking with step-by-step photos:

Dry the peanuts in the oven over low heat for 5-7 minutes so that they do not burn. We stir from time to time. Let it cool and remove the husks.

It will stick to the walls, so sometimes we stop the blender and scrape it off.

  1. After 3 min. add honey or sugar and butter.
You can add more sugar, depending on your taste. Turn on the blender for another 30 seconds.

  2. If the mass turns out to be too thick, add water as needed.

  3. At the very end, add cocoa and mix everything in a blender again until smooth.
It must be said that small grains will still remain there and you will not be able to grind them.

  4. Peanut chocolate butter is ready!

And although it is healthy, it is very high in calories, so don’t get carried away.

  5. Bon appetit!

If you ask a little sweet tooth what he would like to have for breakfast every morning, many of them would answer that it is Nutella. And it's not just about advertising. It's really very tasty. Manufacturers also claim that it is healthy, because it contains only natural and healthy ingredients. But knowing that the label does not always contain reliable information, one can question this statement.

If you still want to please your child with this delicious delicacy, then it’s better to prepare it yourself! It's not as difficult as it might seem at first glance. But you will definitely be sure that this paste will not harm the child’s body. It is prepared from affordable, natural products without unnecessary chemicals and preservatives. Plus, homemade is even tastier than store-bought. In any case, the children are delighted with her. And it will not leave adults indifferent. After all, inside every adult there lives a little child who loves sweets.

This recipe is prepared using peanuts. The result is chocolate-peanut butter - America's favorite dish! Just don't try to cook it from raw peanuts. It must be fried! Otherwise it will taste unpleasantly bitter. In addition, then it will be difficult to remove the husk from it.

Of course, you can fry nuts in a frying pan. So, at first glance, it’s faster, but it’s worth considering that the more there are, the more difficult it is to fry them evenly. One may burn while the other remains raw. Therefore, it is better to dry it in the oven - it is safer and easier.

Before cooking, the nuts need to be washed and dried. After this, place it in an even layer on a baking sheet and place it in the center of the oven. The oven should already be preheated to 1000C no more. If the nuts are in the husk, then you need to fry them for 20 minutes; if not, then 15 will be enough. After the time has elapsed, do not take them out of the oven immediately, but let them cool there and “finish”.

The second important ingredient is cocoa. This is what gives it the chocolate taste. Therefore, choose it responsibly.

    1. It is advisable that the pack bears the “organic” symbol.
    2. Never buy instant cocoa. This is not a natural product, but a sublimated product.
    3. It is advisable that the fat content be indicated on the pack, which should not be less than 15%.
    4. The powder itself should be finely ground and without lumps.
